30-Day Limited Hardware Warranty (Refurbished Consoles)
Gaming Tech Services ("Company") warrants this refurbished gaming console hardware against functional defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period").
If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Company will, at its sole discretion, either:
- Repair the console hardware at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- Exchange the console with a refurbished unit of the same model or a functionally equivalent model.
- Refund the original purchase price of the console.
Exclusions and Limitations
Because this product is refurbished, it may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections. This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic wear and tear, including minor scratches, scuffs, discoloration, or chips that do not affect the physical functionality of the console.
- Storage media and saved data, including the loss, corruption, or recovery of game saves, profiles, downloaded content, or operating system software.
- Software issues, including system updates, bricking due to failed firmware updates, or game compatibility errors.
- Modifications and tampering, including damage caused by opening the console shell, breaking warranty seals, using unauthorized third-party accessories, homebrew software, jailbreaking, or hardware modifications.
- Accidental damage, including drops, liquid spills, insects, electrical surges, overheating due to poor ventilation, or misuse.
Game Saves and Data Disclaimer
Please back up your data. Repair or replacement of the console may result in the loss of all user-generated data, game saves, and settings. Company is not responsible for any lost data or digital content during the transit or repair process.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at dsmallwood@gt-services.org within the 30-day window. You must provide your original order number or receipt as proof of purchase.
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS. COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY RELATED TO THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
